Report email or online fraud
If you think you have been a victim of fraud (e-mail fraud, identity fraud, phishing, pharming), please do the following so we can investigate:
- Select fraud@cibcfcib.com. An e-mail message window will open
- Describe the fraudulent incident
- Attach or include any fraudulent e-mails you received or anti-virus/anti-spyware scan logs. When forwarding the suspect email to this mailbox, please do not include your personal or confidential account information
- Select the Send button
Note: If you believe someone has obtained your card number and password, please contact a Customer Service Agent immediately to change your password.
