† Payments may take up to 3 working days to be applied to your account at the Bill Payment Company, depending on the processes the Bill Payment Company uses to update your account. Good value will be given for the date you initiated the payment.
It is very important to ensure that the reference number you enter for your bill payment set up, is exactly what you see on your utility bill. If there are any mistakes the Bill Payment may not be able to apply the payment to your account.
‡ It is very important to ensure that you enter the Credit Card number correctly. If you enter the Credit Card number incorrectly the payment may not be processed or may be processed to the unintended Credit Card account. The bank is not liable for incorrect initiated transactions.
