Introducing the Business Centre FirstCaribbean Corporate Investment Banking is pleased to introduce our new quarterly Corporate customer e-newsletter the "Business Centre".It is designed to keep our valued Corporate customers informed of new developments within our Corporate Investment Banking unit. We will also provide insightful information on key enhancements to our products and services as well as share details on relevant developments in the regional banking industry. As many companies continue to navigate the impact of the current economic climate, the FirstCaribbean Corporate Banking management team is focused on streamlining our business strategy to deliver convenient and value-added solutions to meet the needs of Corporate customers. We remain committed to being a good financial partner and are aggressively working to implement a number of new initiatives to improve our service delivery. I am extremely honoured to be at the helm of delivering the Corporate Banking business strategy, supported by an experienced and dedicated management team and professional, knowledgeable employees. In this first edition, I am pleased to introduce my team of regional Corporate Directors who partner with customers to explore mutually beneficial opportunities. The senior leadership team consists of Carl Lewis, Philip Swenerton, Peter Horton, Gerald Wight and Martin Trotman. The Corporate Directors are further supported by Heads of Corporate Banking who undertake responsibility for the day to day management of our regional Corporate Banking Centres.
In 2009, we achieved a regional customer satisfaction rating of 80%. This customer rating meets regional and global benchmarks so we are pleased about this accomplishment; however, the team is committed to delivering continuous improvement and is working feverishly to identify and close any process gaps and other service areas currently impacting our service delivery. To this end, we recently introduced a new relationship management team model, which provides all Corporate Banking customers with a team of service professionals responsible for catering to their financial needs. Typically, the teams comprise of a Corporate Manager and a Credit Manager or Credit Officer and are further supported by a Client Services Officer. Our team of experienced Corporate Managers represent the “face of the bank” and are available to lend advice while helping you to structure the best financial solutions for your business. Early indications from our Corporate customers who have experienced this new approach has been very encouraging and we trust that all customers will soon be positively impacted by our new service model. Let me take this opportunity to thank you for choosing FirstCaribbean as your Corporate Banking provider. I trust that you will enjoy and find insightful information on our first edition of the “Business Centre”. Your comments and suggestions are welcome so please feel free to email us at CIBAdministration@firstcaribbeanbank.com Many thanks for your continued loyalty and support. Regards, Mark Young |
