Pay your bills quickly & conveniently

Add Your Bill Payment Company (Biller)

• Log On to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
• Select "Bill Pay" tab
• Select "+Add New" in the "Bill" dropdown box or from the right column of the screen
• Select the billing company from the "Bill Company" drop down box
• Enter the information requested and follow the flow
  • Ensure you enter the correct billing information
• Select the "Register" button
• Follow OTVC instructions to confirm it is you adding a Billing Company to your account

Pay a Bill

• Log On to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
• Select "Bill Pay" tab
• Select the bill you wish to pay from the "Bill" drop down box
• Enter the $ amount you wish to pay in the "Amount" field
• Select the account from which you wish to pay the bill from the "From Account" drop down box
• Select "Pay Bill" button

Pay bills to non-CIBC Caribbean Billers (Bahamas only*)

• Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
• Select "Bill Pay" tab
• Add a new" billing company using a unique code*
• Confirmed code identifies the bill being paid e.g. Invoice #, National ID, Email Address
• Enter the $ amount you wish to pay in the "Amount" field
• Select the account from which you wish to pay the bill from the "From Account" drop down box
• Select "Pay Bill" button

*Company not currently on our Billing Company list

*Please have the code provided by your billing company on hand when you're registering the new company on Online Banking/Mobile App
