How to resolve a complaint


At CIBC FirstCaribbean we take your concerns and complaints seriously and are committed to doing all we can to resolve all issues that come to our attention as quickly as possible.

Our employees where you do your banking are best placed to address your concerns and work with you until you are satisfied.

Complaints Process:

  • CIBC FirstCaribbean informs our clients across the Caribbean that, given the restriction of movement due to curfews imposed in several of its jurisdictions, our Call Center will observe reduced hours of operations. Our operating times are as follows: • Mon to Sun- 7:00am – 8:00pm EST ( 6:00am – 7:00pm JAM & CAY time) Please use our digital banking channels to do your banking and continue to observe the established social distancing and hygiene protocols.
