How to resolve a complaint

 

At CIBC FirstCaribbean we take your concerns and complaints seriously and are committed to doing all we can to resolve all issues that come to our attention as quickly as possible.

Our employees where you do your banking are best placed to address your concerns and work with you until you are satisfied.

Complaints Process:


  • We’re going green and switching to paperless account statements! It’s a safer and more modern banking experience. Effective July 1, 2020, our Personal Banking Clients (excluding those in Jamaica) , will be able to access paperless account statements only. Senior clients, who wish to, will continue to receive paper statements.
