Currently there are fraudulent emails being sent to clients advising of a transaction on their account, and requesting that they click on a link if they did not perform the transaction.
 
Please be reminded that CIBC does NOT send links within transactional alerts.
 
Report suspicious messages to the bank immediately by contacting the Customer Care and Service Centre at 1-866-743-2257.
