  • Log-on to Online Banking or our Mobile App to activate Card Security Controls for your Visa Debit Cards:

Freeze your card


Use the freeze option if you've misplaced your card or believe it be stolen once you've enabled the freeze your card option be sure to call us and let us know at our Card Centre.

 

Card Disputes

Need to dispute a transaction on your card? Complete the Cardholder Dispute Form and submit it to the CIBC FirstCaribbean Care mailbox.
